From the start of a project to finish we recognize that making sure every employee goes home safely is a way of life not just a slogan. By performing daily Job Safety Analysis’, daily equipment inspections, daily jobsite safety inspections, and weekly toolbox talks, we ensure that every employee understands why a strong safety climate and company safety culture is essential to our success. We perform in-field, and on-the-job safety training, along with formal classroom training to keep up with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Our employees have numerous safety training certifications, including First Aid/CPR, OSHA 10, Rigging/Signal Person, Fall Protection, and Hazard Communication, just to name a few. With a dedicated Safety Professional staff, Charles J. Merlo, Inc. takes our employees safety above and beyond the minimum compliance standards.
