- Install Dust Curtain
- Remove Floor Slab for Pit Excavation
- Install Pit Temporary Shoring
- Excavate Pit
- Install Floor Slab, Walls, Stairs, and Equipment Foundations
- Install Structural Steel and Paint
- Replace Floor slab, electrical grounding, and other miscellaneous construction
