Construction of a 3-mile Hiking and Biking Trail along Potomac River in Little Orleans, MD, including clearing and grubbing, two new pedestrian bridges, one railroad bridge rehabilitated for pedestrians, new drainage pipe installation, asphalt paving, rock anchors, guide rail, new parking lot, storm water system including bio-retention ponds, sign and bound installation, line painting, gate installation, and grade ditches
