Construction of single span precast concrete bulb Tee beam bridge 114’ long carrying Rt. 39 over the Youghiogheny River in Crellin, MD.  Approach work, stormwater drainage, paving, guiderail, construct stormwater facility, removal of existing two span arch bridge.
