Project Description

This project is for the replacement of the existing structure that carries Bender Bridge Road over Elk Lick Creek in Somerset County. The existing 1 Span Wrought Iron Pony Truss Structure is replaced with a 1-Span Composite Prestressed Concrete Spread Box Beam Bridge and includes minor roadway approach work, guide rail and other miscellaneous construction.
