Earthwork and site development for a 170 MWdc photovoltaic solar project constructed on a brownfield redevelopment property located in Garrett County, Maryland. Excavation and grading on over 700 acres of project area. Installation and maintenance of erosion/sediment controls and site drainage systems.

- Repurposes a former coal strip mine back to productive use
- When operational CPV Backbone Solar will deliver up to 245,000 MWh of local, emission-free power to households and businesses across the region
- Reduction in CO2 emissions per year, the equivalent of taking 26,000 cars off the road
