Remove and replace bridge structure carrying Rt. 36 over Jennings Run and replace and rehabilitate retaining walls along stream, remove and replace pedestrian bridge, roadway drainage and paving, curb, gutter and sidewalk, install erosion and sediment controls, topsoil and seeding, and install guide rail.
