Project Description

This project is for the replacement of the existing superstructure that carries SR 1009 (Dutch Road) over Chest Creek in Cambria County. The existing Non-Composite Steel Beam Bridge will be replaced with a 2-Span Composite Steel I-Beam Superstructure. Installation of 58″ elliptical reinforced concrete pipe 40′ in length with end walls.  Roadway work includes minor roadway approach work, guide rail, drainage, signing and delineation, pavement markings and other miscellaneous construction.
