Phase 1: . Excavate 75,000 CY of lake sediment and transport to landfill for disposal. Also excavated 15,000 CY of sediment and dispose at county waste facility

Phase 2: Excavate 225,000 CY of lake Sediment and transport to county waste disposal site.
